Oak layered boards consist of two layers.
Top layer is 4 or 6 mm oak lamella. Our floors are usually finished with hard oil waxes. At the client's request, we also make varnished or raw floors.
The bottom technical layer is a high quality multilayered hardwood plywood.

Dimensions | As a standard, we make floor boards with a thickness of 15 or 20 mm. Available widths of layered oak boards are 140, 160, 180, 200, 220 mm, length 600-2400 mm. |
Charakteristics | The board can be raw, covered with oil or varnish. We work on the highest quality certified oils and varnishes. We use durable finishes - waxes and oils are oxidation products. Each board, after applying the oil layer, is allowed to dry for a minimum of 24 hours. This time is needed to thoroughly fill the pores of the wood with oil and the wax crystallizes on the surface of the board. After 24 hours, a second layer of oil wax is applied to form a very durable coating. Our layered boards are made in three quality classes: Prime, Rustic and Country Currently we have 17 decors in our basic portfolio. However, we are able to produce the floor in a different variant for the customer's special order. We apply special aging techniques so that the boards have the appearance of an "100-year-old" floor. |
